All-cancer map

Every cancer in the catalogue against every Gap Atlas measure. Each cell is the cancer’s share of PubMed records matching the measure, divided by the same share across all oncology.

A low value is a prompt to look closer, not proof of a research gap: it can reflect biology, who develops the cancer, or how papers are indexed.
